Just wanted to say sorry your leaving....we all have our own reasons for what we do, as for me I love this Williams list altho so far it really hasn't taken me where I want to go. I am in for the long haul tho, and feel I am among "cousins" anyway. Someday who knows what this will bring me.....Hope that as many of you as can, will take the Williams DNA test, it is a great opportunity & one I sure didn't miss. Peggy, You are so right. Many of us haven't found the families or individuals we want, but it sure is fun just pursuing them, isn't it? And even though there may not be direct info on one's ancestors, there can be ideas exchanged in how and where to check for information. I think the various Mailing Lists are a good place to get hints, and even learn a little history about the areas you are researching. For the most part, it is just enjoyable reading many of the posts, seeing what kind of info one has and giving hints when one has something to add.
