Have you checked the Mormon Church site?I typed Anne Scott, no dates and clicked on United States and North Carolina. There were many Anne Scotts. I scrolled down to Pedigree Resource Files. They scrolled down again to North Carolina. The two counties are on the same page. Check dates as some wouldn't fit. It does show her married to Robert Williams, Sr. Open the various files and look at pedigree and family links. You may have already done this but if not, it is worthwhile.
