If David hasn't gotten back to you with the instructions, here are mine: Sign in to your list, and on the very first page you will see Configuration Categories and Tools. Under the Categories is membership management, go here and look up David's email address. As you go across his address all the way to the right, you will see boxes that you can check or uncheck - follow his instructions below. Go to the address on your subscriber list and make certain the box for DIGEST mode is checked off--because these instructions only pertain to your digest subscribers (and only if the person asks to be switched to MIME format). Once you note that the DIGEST box is checked you will find a box next to the digest box on the line with that subscriber's address that says PLAIN. If they want to receive digests in MIME format just remove the check mark from that box that says plain while leaving the box that says DIGEST marked. Then, finally, click the submit button at the bottom of the page to complete the change. __________________________________________________
