Brosard Williams died in the Civil WAR in April 1865...His mother and father Penelope Garrison Williams and James WIlliams ended up in Sebastian County, ARKANSAS they were from Duplin County, North Carolina. They would have left between after the 1870 census for they were in Duplin County and they died about 1890-1892 in Sebastian County, Arkansas. Always do right.
