Your mentioning of the Christmas family brings to mind that Warren Co. has a lot of info on that family, they were quite prominent in its early history and the formation of the County. If you do a SEARCH from the tab at the top of the page on the website, you'll get plenty of hits for the CHRISTMAS family; the site includes all of the early deed entries for Warren Co. from its formation in 1779 to about 1810 or so.
