If joseph berry of Ottumwa was the father of Laverie angeline berry, it looks like laverie would have been born in ohio, since some of his ch incl the 26yr old and 24 yr old were born in OH , but laverie was also 24 in 1850 and so would have been a twin to the 24 yr old in Josephs household, so although i cant discount 100% it looks like that may not be my match. Also, if joseph berry was her father why would they go to henry co to get married? was it the closest place to Ottumwa? IN Henry co there is a william berry, in trenton, henry co b abt 1787 in TN , but the other male berrys in Trenton, Henry co were born in IL in 1833 and 1835 and a ruth b 1815 in NY William berry would have been abt 39 in 1826 could be a good age for Laveries father. Also could be good that he was born in TN and so was Laverie according to her self or her husband on the census of all known years. Laverie says in one census her parents were from germany, so who knows --there are still too many questions to make a solid prediction. can anyone thank you list.
