Ed, you can get 5.2 in English. You get to choose as I recall. Frank
Which one of those programs do you suggest I use. The 5.2 series or th4.0 series to insure that all I get is English? If I download 5.2 multi-language version would I be able to input only English an in turn print out only in English? I don't want to download to many Mb's if I don't have to. Good afternoon WILLIAMS researchers...I was looking at some of my files that have not been touched for a long time and found this record for John J. WILLIAMS...just his burial in Australia during our Civil War times. Hope this is useful to someone on this list: Newcastle (Hamilton or possibly Sandgate): John J. Williams, ex Co K, 17th Pennsylvania Cavalry Regiment Here is the URL for perusing other persons who were buried in Australia and New Zealand: http://www.users.bigpond.com/bcrompton/Ausdied.htm Hope this works... dw Wills, I agree with you. I also use PAF from the LDS site. It is a really good program, and easy to use, with many options for making your tree, including making of web pages with various designs already in the package, and it has the ability to view the tree in several different ways. It also allows you to load various media which can be used to view as a photo slideshow, or as an album; it also allows you to attach the actual copy of a document. Why spend a lot of money for programs when you can get a good one for free? I was just thinking it may stop alot of the miss information as alot of us share FTM's if there were different colors for such things as what is documented and what isn't then when we share FTM'S we could use what wasn't documented for leads but know they are not facts. Few people add the documents and pictures and such into there FTM's so everything on them you have to go through and can only use them for leads. Just a thought to help in all the mix ups of what is fact and what isn't. If there is a way to do this on the FTM I wish someone would please let me know. Hello, What I don't like about the FTM is there isn't different colors you can type in like if you want to put all your documented information in black then that which isn't in red and such things be able to use different colors you are not able to so you have to look through that persons file or the notes you typed or your paper files.
