He was born either July 4 or 5, 1912 or 1913. I found that two of his older brothers were born in Merrill, Lincoln, WI; Ernest Manske b 8-6-1903 and Raymond Manske b 2-20-1906, so I'm hoping maybe Edgar may have born there also.
