I've "rescued" an old photograph of a man identified as R. D. EPPLEY of Tomahawk which was taken at the Seidle Studio in Tomahawk, Wisconsin. The photograph is dated 1892 - 1898 as if he has attending school or teaching during those years. Mr. EPPLEY appears to be in his 30's or 40's at the time the photograph was taken. I'm hoping to locate someone from his family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to the care of his family.
