Gunhild was his mother. He was my great grandfather, although we have a different birthdate for him, Nov. 21, 1863-April 17, 1924, I believe it is the same person. He was born in Wisconsin, but family lore says that he had a falling out with his family and left the area. He ended up in Walum, ND, a small farming town. He married Florence Zingg (Jan 5, 1874-Nov. 25, 1966) in Dazey, ND on March 16, 1899. They had 10 children. My grandfather, Clifford,(July 9, 1902-Sept. 5, 1986) was their second child. He married Mae Brunberg (Oct. 16, 1907-Sept 29, 2001) in Great Falls, MT on Oct 12, 1926. I can give you more details if you want them.
