Hello I have an old picture of my grandfather standing in front of a small cabin. At the roof's peak is a sign which says "School District No. 1" "Built 1879" "Lincoln County". Since we live in Southern Wisconsin, I suspect that this photo was taken up in our state's Lincoln County. But since there are several other Lincoln Counties across the country, I'm just wondering.
