Surname: HUGHES, REYNOLDS, WHALEN, BELL, LAMBERT, FOSTER, STEVENS I am searching for information on Jenny Hughes (also known as Margarette Jane Hughes on an Ozaukee Co. census). She was the daughter of Garrett Hughes Sr. (1808-1873) and Katherine Whalen (1807-1898). Jenny was born circa 1852. She married a Mr. Reynolds, thought to be William but not sure. The Hughes and Reynolds farms were nearby in Cleveland Township, Marathon County, Wisconsin. I have a record of marriage of a Vinnie E. Reynolds to Harry Bell both of Tomahawk, Lincoln Co., WI. which took place 6 May 1916. Harry, age 32, was the son of Chas. E. Bell and Nancy Stevens. Vinnie, age 27, was said to be the daughter of Frank A. Reynolds and Jennie F. Foster. Perhaps Jenny Hughes was married first to a Mr. Foster? Mrs. Geo. Lambert of Tomahawk and Harry Reynolds of Bradley, WI were witnesses at this wedding. Harry and Vinnie had a son Allen born in 1918. This may be part of my Jenny Hughes - Mr. Reynolds family.
