Hi all, I have a new page - I did an index for The First 100 Births, Marriages and Deaths in Lincoln County. I do have the book at home, so I will look up names for anyone. Please check the page to make sure that your surname is actually listed! Send me the name and page number(s) and I will let you know the dates and event. If you have any trouble loading the page, or find that links are broken, please let me know. Someone suggested that I do census indexing, and as I am currently training my replacement at work, I hope to do something in this line this summer. Of course, If anyone has lots of free time, I do accept help. I was not worried about Y2k, but JUST IN CASE, I did backups. And thank goodness I did, because the computer ate my home page for Lincoln County. When I went to put the new index on the page, it had disappeared! But it had backed up -- where did it go from 12/30/99 to 1/10/00? On vacation, perhaps? Anyway, I hope 2000 is good to all of you. If you have any suggestions for improvements, I am open to all!
