I have just uploaded a transcript of the 1855 State (Wisconsin) census for Marathon County. In 1855, Lincoln County was part of this large county. Marathon was later split up into Lincoln, (1874) and parts of Taylor, Price, Vilas and Oneida. Also, check out the Family Trees pages of these two counties.
