I have been (unjustly) accused of spending too much time on the internet. My son solved the problem for me. I went to www.callwave.com, and downloaded free software which puts a small box on the top of my screen, and receives messages from an internet answering machine. The company even called our local phone company to set it up. The ONLY charge is from the phone company for a thing called Call Waiting Fixed Busy - I believe it will be about $3.00 a month, but sure saves the time and expense of putting in another phone line. A caller instead of getting a busy signal, gets a message that says something like"the person you have called is on the internet. Please leave a message" You can even personalize your message. The caller leaves a message, which then comes into the small box and you hear it, and know someone is calling you. Anyway, it works!! Shelley
