You can search the USGenWeb Archives by going to this URL: http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/ussearch.htm You can search the Archives of any Mailing List at RootsWeb by going to this URL: http://searches.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/listsearch.pl Searching the Mailing Lists allows you to search any Mailing List, EXCEPT those that have been withdrawn by the Listowner(s). Folks interested in helping RootsWeb provide new facilities can become new members by using the Web Form at: http://www.rootsweb.com/rootsweb/how-to-subscribe.html Most of you, especially new users, will be interested in searching back issues of Archives for specific Surnames, Geographical Data, etc. Just go to the appropriate URL and navigate from there to the List you wish to search for specific information.
