I am looking for information about Rev. Fielding Wilhite. He was an influential Baptist minister in early Missouri. He was born in Kentucky April 14, 1799 and died in Boone Co. Missouri, March 1872. He was son of Sampson Wilhite. Fielding had 4 children: a daughter who died in infancy, and three sons. Fielding had two brothers: Stephen and William. I suspect that one of his grandsons was Fielding Hollis Wilhite 1867-1916. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jay Watson [email protected]
