Hi Louita, There are four Wilhite Cemeteries in White County. My fifth and sixth great grandparents are buried in the Cherry Creek Wilhite Cemetery. They are Reuben and Mary (Yeager) Wilhite and their son, Solomon Wilhite and his wife, Jeanette Rebecca Jane Sliger. It is an old cemetery. You have to go through a private farm to get there, but the owner (a Wilhite cousin) is very accommodative. I was there in 1998. There is an association in White County that needs assistance in caring for the cemetery, too. Al

I would like to know the names of the cemetaries and the towns where the Wilhoit cemetaries are located. I found White county on my atlas but have no clue where the cemetaries are. Please enlighten me. Thank you. Peggy Peggy Chapman wrote: > In which state is the White county? > > DEBAL3@aol.com wrote: > > > Hi Louita, > > > > There are four Wilhite Cemeteries in White County.
