I still haven't had time to finalize a report on this year's Tennessee Germanna Descendants Reunion, but hope to have it done by this week end. Just wanted to remind all of you that you should start planning now for next year's get-together. It will be on 14 & 15 September, 2002. I erred in private correspondence to some of you. I said it would be on the 7th & 8th. That was incorrect. MAKE YOUR PLANS NOW !!!!! SgtGeorge George W. Durman
LOL< That is ok, hope your head is better, and remember, Saftey first :) Can't tell you how many time I have used a chair to stand on, rather then get out the ladder. _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp

I could not find a Wayde Wilhoite in my files. Or under any other spellings of Wilhoit/Wilhite, etc. Do you know who Wayde's father was? Or maybe who he married and dates. John, I haven't been at the computer for a couple of days. Sorry for not answering sooner. I scheduled a WILHITE/WILHOIT Chat for Mondays at 08:00PM to 10:00PM. Hope that day and time is OK. If not, let me know. If anyone wants to join in the Chat Room, just log on to the GERMANNA COLONIES Family History web site at: http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~george/index.html and scroll to the bottom of the page. Type in a user name and click "OK, Connect". If there is anyone else chatting, you will see their user names and what they have posted. Don't bother typing in a real name or email address. Neither is necessary to log on. It would be nice, though, if you would identify yourself in the first thing you send to the Chat Room, that is your name and what you want to discuss. Things are really messed up somewhere. The "temp" address sent below WILL get you connected to the main page at Ancestry, but if you click on anything on the page, or try to login, there will be no connection. The folks at Ancestry headquarters are aware of the problem, and even the big shots are out today (Sunday) trying to find a fix. Just be patient. It may take 24-48 hours before they are back on line.
