Hi everybody! I'm trying to trace Abel Wilcox, s/o Henry & Nancy. On the 1860 IL Lake Co. Census, Vernon Township, he is listed as 27 & living with Henry & Nancy Wilcox. Henry Wilcox is listed as 58 & born in VT, Nancy as 57 & born in NY, all children born in NY. By the 1870 census, Abel has married Belle (Isabella Van Horn(e)) and has 3 children. Any help with where in NY the children were born, and Henry's lineage? Trying to link up with my line, which is Stephen Wilcox's RI>NY, but some to VT. Thanks!
