Edward Wilcox b. 12 Feb 1604 in South Elkington, Lincolnshire, England m. in England Susannah Thompson 12 May 1631 in Orby Lancashire, found in America first 1638 on Acquidneck Island (Newport RI) d. bef 1660 probably in RI. Known children: Stephen, Daniel. 2. Stephen Wilcox b. 6 Feb 1632/3 probably on Acquidneck Island m. Hannah Hazard 30 Jan 1658 d. 1690. Hannah was b. 10 Jul 1637 in Boston. Children: Edward, Stephen, Thomas, Daniel, William, Hannah, Jeremiah. 3. William Wilcox Sr. b. abt. 1665 in Westerly RI m. 25 Jan 1698 Dorothy Palmer and after her death Mrs. Abigail Palmer of Stonington CT 1 Apr 1754. William Sr. d. 27 Dec 1757. Known children of William and Dorothy: William Jr., Ann, Mary. 4. William Wilcox Jr. b. 3 Jun 1703 m. Hannah Brown 24 Mar 1725 then Elizabeth Main (wid. Brown) 5 Jun 1727 (same day as his father) Child by first wife: Hannah. Children by second wife all born in Stonington CT: Prudence, Nathan, William, John, Dorothy, Hannah, Amos. 5. Amos Wilcox b, 1740 in Northv Stonington m. abt. 1762 Mary Burch bef. 1780 migrated to Minisink, Orange Co. NY d. there 19 Apr 1821. Wife Mary b. 8 Dec 1751 in Stonington d. 9 Aug 1811 in Mminisink. Their children: Isaac, Benjamin, Elisha, Nathan, Sarah, Amos, Elizabeth, Samuel, Mary, Asa, Clarissa, Jesse. 6. Isaac Wilcox b. 1763 in North Stonington m. Sarah Carpenter abt 1782 in Goshen, Orange Co NY d. abt. 1811/13 place uncertain. Sarah d. abt. 1715. Children: Abraham, Isaac, Mary, Jacob, James, Charlotte, Susan, Amos, Jesse, Joseph, Stewart, Elizabeth. 7. Jesse Wilcox b. abt. 1800 at Minisink m. Jane bef. 1835 (surname and place not known) migrated by 1835 to Jerusalem, then Starkey Twps. Yates Co. NY. Jane d. bef. 1850. Jesse then m. Nancy Peffer (b. PA) and by the 1850 census they were at Canton, Bradford Co., PA. Their only known child was Lorinda Ann b. 5 Jun 1852 in Philadelphia. Nancy d. bef. 1860. Jesse d. 1 Feb. 1892 probably in Yates Co where at 1880 census he was living with the widow of his brother James. 9. Lorinda Ann Wilcox b. 5 Jun 1852 in Philadelphia, "adopted" in 1860 by Thomas A. Barrow of Jerusalem, Yates Co. N Y m. 5 Aug 1875 Seth Bishop in Branchport, Jerusualem Twp. d. 6 Feb 1889 at Kinneys Corners, Bluff Point, Jerusalem Twp.
