If anyone connects, I have a little more information. Reuben b 11/1/1762 s/o Francis, 6th line in descend. from John Wilcox of Hartford, Ct. 1640. (Reuben, Francis, Samuel, John, John). Enlisted 7 1779 seven mos as Pvt. in Capt John Allen's Co, Col. Mead's Conn Retg. Skirmish w/Torries at Morrisania. He m. Hannah Johnson 10/26 1786 who was b 1761 in Middletown, CT and d. 11/24/1837 in Whitesboro, Oneida Co, NY. (Suburb of Utica, NY) She dau of John Johnson. Road where he settled in Whitesboro, Wilcox Rd. 1795. Was in NY Militia as Ensign in Gen Geor. Doolittle's Reg. of Herkimer Co. 1796 in Capt Parson's Wetmore's Co, Lt. Col George Doolittle Reg. He died 12/10/1853 and interred at Grand View Cemetery. Children all born Whitesboro, except eldest who was born in Middletwn, CT. 1. Dolly b 3/24/1792 and m. Wm Utter, s/o Abram Utter, 3/5/1810 2. Samuel m. Abigail White, d/o Joseph White. 7 children. 3. Reuben b. ??. mar Eliza White, sister of Abagail on 10/25/1820. 4 children; Morris, Reuben, Corneila, 4. Daughter mar Ethan Clark s/o Elder Henry Clark, pastor of Brookfield Church (probably the 7th Day Baptist Church) 5. Dau maried Dr. Henry Clark. 6. Francis b. 1799 m. Sophia E. Buckley.
