Hi, I'm still looking for any leads on ELIJAH (b 1818) and OLIVE M. BAILEY ( b 1820) WILCOX in NY. Thier son HORTON MARSHALL WILCOX was born in Ticonderoga, Essex County, NY on 4 Sept 1854.
