Mrs. Wilcox was a homemaker. Survivors include a son, Stanley of Atlanta; two daughters, Delores Schooler of Bremerton and Joyce Owensby of Brinnon; two brothers, Newton Clemens of Pueblo, Colo., and Robert Clemens of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
