Hope Valley, Richmond, RI, informant mother, burial River Bend Cem., Westerly, RI, undertaker Avery Funeral Home, d. at 8:00 P.M. of congenital debility, congenital malformation, no neck absence of cervical vertabrae. #1825 d. 7 July 1944 Prov., RI. Alvin Le Murray Wilcox, died at RI Hospital, residence 155 Early St., Prov. He lived in the community for 46 yrs. m. to Alice (Shepard). He was b. 17 Aug. 1862 Columbia Co., NY, retired Machinist General Fire East., last worked Oct. 1941, he was 35 yrs. in same occup. He was the son of Joohn & Caroline Wilcox. Informant son Riley A. Wilcox, 155 Early St., Prov., burrial at New Pawtuxet Cem., Warwick, RI, he died at 6:45 P.M. he had been hit by an auto.
