Without a doubt several of his sons married and left numerous descendants. They must have all emigrated from Torrington at an early date. The only definate clues we have as to where they went is found in "Annals of Onedia County", N.Y. where Asahel Wilcox "of Torrington" (either No. 108 or No. 344) is mentioned as a settler at Vernon, N.Y., in 1799.
