She is survived by five daughters and four sons, Loretta (Ralph) Vallee of Camrose, Bill (Lorraine) Schmidt of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Frank Schmidt of Ponoka, Marion (Louis) Marcotte of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Delbert (Margaret) Schmidt of Tugaske, Saskatchewan, Margaret (George) Swerid of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Clara Jo (Joe) Naidoo of Edmonton, Wesley (Marilyn) Schmidt of Regina, Saskatchewan and Shirley (Eugene) Andrusiak of Edmonton; 48 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sons, Julius an Donald and two daughters, Evelyn and Dorothy, as well as two brothers. Funeral Service Monday, August 25 at 12:00 noon at the Chapel of Howard & McBride Westlawn, 16310 Stony Plain Road. Reverend Neil Gordon officiating. Cremation at Edmonton Crematorium. In lieu of floral tributes, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
