Daily Gazette, Schenecady NY, Monday, August 11, 1997: SCHENECTADY - Mrs. Florence Wiesenfort Wilcox, 102, of the Kingsway Arms Nursing Home, died there Saturday after a long illness. Mrs. Wilcox was born in Schenectady and was employed for a short time at the General Electric Co. She was a dental assistant for 55 years for her husband, Dr. Floyd Teller Wilcox, who died in 1977. Survivors include a niece, Hazel Gordon LaPierre of Roanoke, Va. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Vale Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to charity.
