Donald Jacobus in his book, "History and Genealogy of the Families of Old Fairfield," has the following footnote: Ruth "Wascot" who m. (rec. at Killingworth), 1 Jan. 1696, Samuel Wilcoxson, is usually placed as dau. of John, but more likely was dau. of robert of the R.I. family, perhaps b. 1676, the year Robert was killed in K. Philip's War. Has anyone proven whose daughter Ruth was? Thank you. Hal Bradley
