Richard: I, too, have had problems with Familysearch.com. It sometimes takes forever to get into it, and often I can't do it at all. I have a pentium 366, Windows 98 and AOL 6.0 and these don't seem to help. Familytreemaker.com is a vast commercial enterprise that appears to care less and less for their members and contributors. I love the software and find the company distasteful and disgusting, especially their telephone marketing activities. Laird Wilcox
