Dave, After going into http://www2.sos.state.il.us/cgi-bin/marriage I found that a Minerva Wilcox married Solomon Reasoner in Warren Co IL 10/3/1854. There is a Noak/Noaks/Noacks etc. listed in Warrent, but you will need to go into this IL Marriage 1763-1900 and do some research to see if you can pull the bunny out of the hat. I hope this URL will get you there, as it doesn't always work for me.
