If you want to find marriage data on Wilcox's that married between 1763-1900 in IL go to http://www2.sos.state.il.us/cqi-bin/marriage, or go into http://www.usgenweb.com, state of IL and once there go down to Illinois Genealogy Research Aids and click on Sate of IL Archives Database IRAD. That will take you into the 1763-1900 IL marriage records. There you input the surname, or the surname and the given name of the person and click on submit query.
