Hi kay and list Well I don't have much else to go on, I do have a marrige license for my gr gr grandparents Emory Alfred and Amelia Florence Noaks Starr married 2-18-1892 in Warren Co. Illinois and on the back of the license it says that her parents were William and Minerva Wilcox Noaks, from Warren co. Il. At familysearch.com I found a Minerva Wilcox born 1838 to Henry and Sarah? Wilcox in Warren Co.
