Is anyone out there connected to a T. A. Wilcox who married a Sarah Thornton in Searcy county,Ark. I believe in 1887? She was the daughter of Mary Chism Thorton? I am trying to find info on the Wilcox? Who were his parents? Thanks Vickie

Vickie, My gggreat Uncle Jessie Colbert Willcox was from Marshall, Searcy Co., Arkansas. I do not have a T. A. Wilcox or a Sarah Thornton in my database but I don't have everything on his family. Check out my web site and look under Decendants of Joseph Levi Willcoxson. My gggrandfather Seth William Willcox was in Searcy Co. for a while also but then he moved up to Bald Knob, White Co., Arkansas. This may be a shot in the dark. But I have a T. A. Wilcox. His name is Taylor Able Wilcox born abt 1849. First married Frances Nixon 1871. married Sarah Clifton the second time 1875. Then I lost track of him. Faulkner Co residence.
