Hi Charley, Thanks for the Wilcox info. On the 1850 census, old Abe said he was b in PA but if you look at a map of the country for that era, I think it would be difficult to tell what was VA, PA, MD or maybe even OH. His gdau said she thought Abe was b in KY. I don't think any white baby's were born in KY before 1777. There's an Isaac Wilcox who m in N.C. 1773. Five of the first names in this family are the same as five names in Abe's family. Also this Isaac and his wife came from PA. Maybe just coincidence.
