Hi Linda - I don't have much information on Franklin - Just this: His name was supposed to be Franklin James Wilcox (or Willcox or Wilcocks) - he was born according to family history in Virginia - but according to the 1870 Minnesota Census he was born in New York. He was born around 1833. Family history stated that he served in the Civil War - but I have no confirmation. His parents are supposed to be Obediah Willcox and Anna Eliza Webb - but the source that gave that information has also given some other erroneous information - so I am not sure. I know he had siblings - but know nothing about them. What do you think?
