I am interested in George and Didame (ROBERTS) WILCOX family---I believe they were from Lubec, Maine. I have their son, James Arthur WILCOX b. 14 Mar 1854 and d. 1 Jun 1935 as my great-grandfather. He apparently went to sea at age 12. So far I can find nothing on them and I think there are other children, Augusta, Advina, Annie M., Bert?,& George Jr. James married Eva Rose Smith. This is all the info I have on them and would greatly appreciate any help someone might give. The migration path of my Wilcox family, according to work by Daniel Haney, passed through Lubec on their way to Mapleton, Maine. My portion joined Haney's at Mapleton.
