Jeanette and Millie: Just saw Millie's post to your query re J. W. McClure. Millie, I have J. W. McClure married to Alabama "Band" Wilburn. Alabama was b. in 1837, Carroll Co, died Mountain Home N.C. I have no further info on J. W. McClure. I have Alabama as the daughter of James Johnson Wilburn and Mary E. Beller. I got this information from Alice G. Martin, a descendant of James Johnson Wilburn (as is Millie). The notation for my source states "Unsigned Printout of descendancy Chart of Jas. Johnson Wilburn, dated 25 Jul 1994, obtained from Alice G. Martin, probably made at or copied from someone at Reunion." Jeanette, I would be interested in Alabama's descendants. I descend from Felix G. Wilburn, James Johnson Wilburn's brother, and Lydia Beller, whom I have seen connected to Mary E. Beller but cannot tie that down.
