For those of you who descend from Lewis Wilburn and Elizabeth Herron, son of Ruben Wilburn and Sarah Burchett, here are some of your early Herring ancestors...And they are the Herrings who settled into the Isle of Wright VA during the 1600's and then into Surry and Wilkes co NC c 1790.
