Lists Edward Wilburn's land adjoins Tennel's land. *** Pioneers of Old Frederick Co VA by Cecil O'Dell, 1995, page 131 William Williams on 27 July 1738 filed a "Suit by Complaint" against 54 defendants for "signing a Scandalous paper reflecting on the Complaintiff" [Williams} The following defendants " humbly acknowledged their Error, begging pardon, were excused paying their Costs". included William Wilburn and Samuel Britton. ** There was a William White with first wife Rose and second wife Suzanne whose descendants ended up in TN and other places that lived in Frederick Co. That is very close to Fauquier Co and many went there too. I have more on that White famiy if you ever need it and the Britton family who married into the White family with Boggs family tie.
