Vikky, Walter and Elizabeth (Sibley) Wilburn of Allegany Co., MD, had a son Tilghman Hillery Wilburn (b abt 1832). Tilghman md Rebecca S. Moore (dau of Levi Moore and Nancy Ann Broadwater)3 Oct 1854 in Allegany Co. Tilghman does not appear with this family in the 1880 Odessa, Buffalo Co., Nebraska census, and Rebecca was married to a Charles Springer (but her and Tilghman's children are still with her).
