Vikky Wilburn Anders here...Some thoughts about William Warren Wilburn... Recently Doyle Brittain posted on the Wilburn website, a pedigree of William Warren Wilburn, b May 12, 1782 -Dec 23 1859 in Boone/Carroll AR. I had seen this pedigree before and wondered if it were accurate???? I had a hunch this might not be the case. So I did some more snooping...and I am NOW convinced that I was WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! I found at least TEN pieces of evidence that supports this pedigree! For the sake of brevity I will only note three.. 1. Barton/Warren marriage....Warrens also connect to Crabtrees... 2. Warren/SPURGEON marriage... 3. William Warren b. 1767...and his family... If one looks at the pedigree of William Warren Wilburn, one will find BARTONS and SPURGEONS as allied families...
