In response to the above, I have some information which I copied from one of the message boards about Jesse Albert Wilburn born 7-9-1886 in Nacogdoches County, TX and died 12-21-1933 in Winnsboro, Franklin Parrish, LA. He married Nellie Beatrice Acrey 3-28-1907 in Nacogdoches Co. She was born 11-4-1889 in Nacogdoches Co. TX and died 9-20-1973 at Delhi, LA. They had nine children. Luna May 1908, Donnie Forest 1909, Odda 1911, Ruth Villa 1912, Dovie Jewel 1913, Henry Wilson 1914, Barbara Kathryn 1916, Minnie Ann 1918, Dorthy Odesser 1920. Jesse Albert Wilburn was the son of Wm. Elijah Wilburn, Jr. born 1861 Nacogdoches Co. TX and Elizabeth Hyde. Jesse's grandfather was Wm. Elijah "Ely" Wilburn born 1826 in Madison Co. AL and Lucinda "Penny" Sharp born 11-21-1823 in TN. Jesse's great grandfather was Felix G. Wilburn born 4-15-1802 in Jackson Co. GA and Lydia Beller born 11-14-1805 in Stokes Co. NC. Here is an obit for Donnie Forest Wilburn from the Internet. Carter of Houston and Dorothy W. Layton of Bastrop; 8 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.
