It says that Giles Co became a county on Jan. 6, 1806. It gives information about the history of the area in this part of the book. It has lots of information and over 400 pages. The book has an index of all the names in the back. There was a Nancy Harmon that married a Nehemiah Henderson on Nov 11, 1826.
