I'm looking for informaton on a Walter Wilburn his wife was Elizabeth Sibley. Walter was born abot 1785. He married sibley in 1818 in Montgomery Co. They then moved into Allegheny Co, Maryland around 1830. Could Arthur Wilburn be his father? I appericate it if you could help me. Thanks
