William Henson) Wilburn married Lucinda E. McEndree. This I have proven several times over. Their children are: William Frederick, Thompson M, Charles L., Mary, Ida Virginia, Arthur, Stuart, Lee S. and Julia Ann. I have no proof of Henson's parents, but am trying to find out if Rezin is indeed his father. Now there IS a Hanson W. Wilburn who married Clarissa Friend. This has also been proven in many ways. The questions here are: Who is Henson's father, and if it was not Rezin, how does Rezin fit in here? Are Hanson and Henson the same person? Was he a bigamist? Are Hanson and Henson cousins? Is there any connection at all between the two (one would certainly assume based on geography and name similarity)? I have Henson with Lucinda in the 1860 (Alexandria) and 1870 (Warrenton, Fauquier Co.) censuses. Lucinda is in the 1850 census with her parents and several of her children by Henson, but Henson himself I have been unable to find. So, where do we go from here?
