Marriage date for Lewis Gordon Wilburn and Mary Bratton (Polly) Jordon is 4 Nov 1830. The date, Oct. 29, 1830 is when they applied for license. I got this off the courthouse records in Pearisburg. You mentioned that 12th child of theirs was unknown. My records show Ann Eliza Wilburn was born in 1831 and died 9 Aug 1883 and she was firstborn of their children. i have birth dates of all their children if you would like. My great grandfather was George Chapman Wilburn and my grandfather was Emmett Woodson Wilburn. Please E-mail me your address so we can exchange info direct with each other.
