Smith area & Madison and Franklin Cty., Arkansas. There are alot of Wilburns in these places, and I cant make a connection with alot of them. You might could try one of these places. William Jackson's headstone may have the name "Jaxes" it was almost faded - may have even been "James". They had two children - Frank A. My ggranfather would have been born around 1910. I believe Frank's father was George Washington Wilburn originally from Alabama. George was married to a woman named Ada and they eventually moved to Malvern, AR. Let me know if any of this sounds similiar to your family info. I knew my grandfather and my grandmother who way Anna Mae Holden, Grandfather was orphaned at age seven, and the 1880 census has him living with a maternal grandmother , Sarah Warner, along the Ohio River at Point Pleasant West Virginia. My gggrandfather, Thomas Jefferson Wilburn b.11-23-1851, has a brother named Frank. There isnt a middle name, spouse or children. Until recently I knew nothing of my gggrandfather, nor did any of my family, but I found the parents, all the siblings and some of there children, and most of the bdates. Be glad to help if I can.     3. I am searching for the parents of Stephan Wilburn Donathan who, I believe, may have been Wilburns. Stephen was born in 1797, m. (1) Isabella Robertson/Robinson, in Franklin co., TN,, was ordained a minister of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church at Goshen Presbyterian Church in Franklin co., was in Jackson co., AL, in the early 1830s and moved from there to Lowndes co, MS, where Isabella died in 1851. He married (2) Emily Heflin. He died in 1897 and he and Emily are buried at Lost Church, Longview, Octibibba, co.,MS. Would love to correspond with anyone with clues as to any of these people.
