I have access to the records from 1881-1954. I can retrieve copies for you. I also have an index to Citizenship records, which are the final papers in the Naturalization records process. Just because your relative who lived in Langlade county isn't on that Citizenship index, doesn't eliminate the possibility that they filed their Petitions or Declarations of Intention in Langlade County.
