They married about 1880, according to census records, and had six children, all of whom were born in Kentucky: Willis (b 1883), Mamie Pearl (b 1884), Robert (b 1888), James (b 1890), John (b 1892), and Roland (b 1896). William's family was from Virginia. Ellen's were from Kentucky. In 1900 the family was living in Torrent, Wolfe County. Over the next several years, the family, or at least parts of it, moved to Wisconsin. Willis was in Langlade County, Wisconsin, in 1902. He married Susie HALL in Langlade County in 1902, and by 1910, they were living in Forest County. Willis died in Michigan. Mamie married Thomas COMBS in Kentucky, and they moved to Langlade, Wisconsin some time between 1903 and 1908. After Thomas died, Mamie married George ROBERTS, who also migrated to Wisconsin from Kentucky. Both Mamie and George died in Langlade County. William, Ellen, and Roland moved to Wisconsin sometime between 1900 and 1917. Roland married Jeanette and died in Antigo in 1964. William and Ellen were both alive and living in Evergreen in 1930. I don't know when they died. I assume they died in Langlade County, but can't be sure of it. I don't know whether Robert, James, or John stayed in Kentucky or moved to Wisconsin or elsewhere.
